DESCRIPTION
Located on the outskirts of Casablanca, Casa Green Town is a 400 hectares multi-purpose development including residential, commercial and recreational facilities, as well as a hospital and a university. 85 hectares of the project are dedicated to the golf with a 18-hole championship course and a 4-hole golf academy including a practice range and a putting green.
The Casa Green Golf Course was designed by Jeremy Pern. The architectural concept is based on the creation of a series of wadies starting from the highest level of the site, meandering through the holes. The Carey Duncan Group collaborated on the plantation design.
Gregori International was awarded the turn-key construction of the golf in 2009.
